What I found out is that some people have sleep patterns they make they selves.

If you've been in the habit of getting up at a certain time each day for many many years, you don't need an alarm clock, your body's internal clock will get you up no matter what, within an hour, give our take. If you develpe bad sleep habits because of pain, poor mattress and or pillows, it can alter your sleep patterns to the point that it alters your internal clock. Stress does the same thing over a period of time. If you have something happening in your life that just starts to effect your sleep, they can easily adjust your sleep patterns by using medication.

I was in the habit of going to bed at 11:00pm, getting up at 2am then at 4 and finally at 6. After a few years of this, I skipped going back to sleep and staying up until 6. Never did I sleep during the day even though I thought it might help, just oo many things to do.

After going to a sleep dr. was I able to get my internal clock readjusted to sleeping through the night.

It's well worth it to get diagnosed and treated because there's nothing like a goodnights sleep.

Chas is gonna find out what's going on and they can adjust his sleep patterns accordingly. It's not gonna happen overnight but they can get him to where he's able to have a restful night sleep.
