Saddam did harbor numerous terrorists who had killed Americans, including the Iraqi who made the explosive used in the first attempt to bring down the WTC. Saddam's diplomats in the Philippines did fund terrorists who were killing Americans there and were expelled from the country for it. Saddam did send assassins on a mission to assassinate ex-President Bush. According to Russian intelligence, Saddam did plan on mounting terror attacks against America. Let me know if you know of Obiang doing any of the above.
