Those are pretty straightforward ideas CB. I'm sure that even back in the day, plenty of people were helpful to the poor and tried to heal sick people and didn't automatically fight back but absorbed a first strike, turning the other cheek. I'm an atheist and deny that Christians have a monopoly on any such ideas. Christianity was essentially about the supernatural stuff, not the temporal stuff, which anyone can figure out for themselves. A dog eat dog world [such as the USA seems to be in favour of] is no way to run a railroad. Christians aren't the only ones who can figure that out. Mqurice
