Fed added two huge permanents 11,232 B on 11-29, and 11,763 on 12-1, so there are record levels of "liquidity" in the system. Surely they will drain some of this off now? If so we will get a stock market correction. Would replacing $12 billion today do it? $13 billion as overextended as this thing is?

Still they can't keep a lid on rates, bonds selling off again. We will get the answer to this afternoon, did foreign custody holdings drop, replaced with Fed debt monetization?
