Wow, tejek. You watch FOX? You surprise me. I watch Fox like I watch a sitcom.....for the occasional laugh. <g> I prefer CNN and the BBC. In fact, I get most of my news from those two. I find Fox too blatently right wing. I also like to read the New York Times. In fact, my favorite OpEd writer is Thomas Friedman. He has his hat screwed on the right way. Other news sources for me are Al Jazeera English on the web and Arabnews. I usually watch NBC News with Brokaw......dang he was like a father to me. It was hard seeing him leave last nite. I watch CNN at the gym........I don't particularly like their format. I also watch the BBC occasionally. Most of my online news comes from google news which covers almost every news outlet around the globe. I do read al Jazweera from time to time but they are as bad as Fox in their bias...in this case, anti Americanism, not right wing. For me, another disturbing aspect of Fox besides their strong right wing bias is their heavy emphasis on military programming. I do my best to get unbiased news sources, but it sure is difficult in these days when journalistic integrity has been shat upon in favor of plain-as-day propaganda by both liberals and neo-cons. It's very difficult to be a centrist. Yup. That's why I try to look just at the facts. Unfortunately, most people have given up trying to figure out what's happening.....that's why so many Americans are ill informed.
