Rick..there is no crime in shorting a stock and it helps keep scammers like GORX in balance. There is no reason that ANYONE should buy this stock after the history of this CEO has been published, and especially after the misleading PR he put out yesterday. But, alas! Look at the activity in the stock today...stupidity reigns!

I shorted a stock today...NTY. With adverse news on Vitamin E being one factor, but when a company releases a PR in October stating they will released their audited full year results by mid-November and here it is into December and no report...something ain't right!!!

It would seem Florida connections result in a higher than average percentage of scams. Of my clients, only 2 have ever gone bankrupt. One was Florida and one was NY/California.
