I am not embarrassed at all by my old posts. They were who I was at a certain point in my life. I am not that person today, but one of the joys (?) of the cyber age is that we can all dig back down into the history of SI, root around and see a whole community frozen at any point in recent time we choose to. It's fascinating. And reading that old post made me laugh, because I didn't remember it at all, don't remember ever writing like that . . . but I enjoyed seeing it again.
