Hi Rainy,

I remember Pablo Cruise. I would probably, maybe <g> recognize the music. Lot of times I just don't recognize lyrics by themselves. The music enhances lyrics and makes them memorable in my mind.

I have seen both of those movies and liked 'Medicine Man' the best. The Bickersons go to the rain forest. <g>. I think they hurt the movie with all the senseless bickering. The concept was good IMO, besides I like Sean Connery. The Harrison Ford, (I think it was him) character in 'Mosquito Coast' was a little over the top for me.

We were on the Amazon this past April on the Peruvian side. We stayed in three different lodges on the river and it's tributaries. So it wasn't exactly cruising, but we must have put 100's of miles in, on river boats, dug outs, etc. visiting various botanical spots, dolphin watching, searching for boas, of which seen one, many monkeys, <g>, piranha fishing, etc. It was a real eco-tour, going from early morning to after dark looking for spiders, poison frogs, all the nocturnal creatures etc. We seen one set of caiman eyes one night. It was a great trip.

Then we headed up to the Andes and a whole different environment and culture.

Peru is a wonderful country to visit, I might add.
