The tangible consequence of Iranian hostility is their support of the Iraqi insurgency both monetarily and militarily. They turn a blind eye to insurgents taking refuge in their land and to cross-border infiltration back into Iraq.

Now, you know that Iran reached a deal with Iraq just a few days ago which stipulates that Iran will provide training for Iraqi security forces, right? In fact, an insurgency in Iraq is the last thing Iran needs or wants. Second, how do you know that Iran is a sponsor/suporter of Iraqi terror? Because you have heard Rumsfeld say it? C'mon. What credibility do you attribute to this team of prevaricators...Rumsfeld has failed in Iraq. His credibility is tainted by the execution failure represented by his plan of invasion. So has Tommy Franks.

If the Iranian people want friendship with the U.S., they should do something very quickly to get those mullahs out of power. It could erupt into a tragedy for both sides.

LOL...the rest of the world was saying exactly the same thing to Americans about re-electing bush a few weeks ago.
