SAN FRANCISCO (Reuters) - Four executives of German memory chip maker Infineon Technologies AG have agreed to plead guilty to participating in a conspiracy to fix computer memory chip prices, the Department of Justice said Thursday.

Under the plea agreements, the four executives will serve time in jail and pay a fine, the department said in a statement.

The executives will also assist investigators in an investigation of possible price fixing in the dynamic random access memory industry, the DOJ said.
