Booker rising - Netherlands: Muslims Seek Ban on "Submission II"
By Molotov

Yes, Tyrone and Imani. Muslims in Holland are in an uproar over moderate parliamentarian Ayaan Hirsi Ali (pictured), who remains in hiding. We've previously reported that the self-described "lapsed Muslim" has vowed to make a sequel to the short film "Submission," which argued that Islam legitimizes violence against women. On November 2 on a busy Amsterdam street, an Islamic extremist shot and almost beheaded filmmaker Theo van Gogh, who filmed MP Hirsi Ali's script - and then left a five-page death threat letter to her.

Dutch Muslims now seek a court injunction to prevent her from making the sequel, which will focus on how Islam hampers individual freedom. And oh, they also want to ban her from making "hurtful" remarks about Muslims and Islam. Their lawyer noted that MP Hirsi Ali recently described Islam as "deadly dangerous," without making a distinction between fundamentalist Islam and Islam in general. They surely mean these comments, which we reported yesterday. The case will probably be heard in The Hague, but it's unclear when it will take place.

Let us get this straight. A Moroccan-Dutch rap group can call for MP Hirsi Ali's death and call her a "house Negro" in a cut that was played on some radio stations, she must fend off other jihadists, and she's the one in hiding but yet Muslims wanna talk about hurtful stuff?! Y'all are trippin' big time. They're in uproar over free speech, but not murder. If need be, we suggest MP Hirsi Ali film it in USA and just upload it on the Internet.

One factor in the higher hospital prices is labor: Nursing shortages helped drive up hospital wages by 4.5% in the first half. Dr. Ginsburg said earlier cuts in profit margins for Medicare patients also may have prompted hospitals to shift more of the cost onto private payers

IMHO that is BS. My wife is a nurse with a BSN, in her case it was a 5 year degree. She has many years experience and has been chosen NURSE OF THE YEAR by her hospital more then once. YET, when I had my business I paid my YOUNG SECRETARY who had a nine month secretarial school degree MORE then my wife made at the time. Yes, wages have risen for nurses since then but NO WHERE NEAR what they deserve. So, dont blame it on the nurses. The REAL REASON costs are up is cause doctors order EVERY NEW TEST that COMES DOWN THE PIKE cause they are TERRIFIED of lawyers like EDWARDS. Its NO SKIN off their ass running up a huge bill to COVER their ass. jdn
