Bloomberg has it at $39.01 currently.

As you well know, unless it is specifically mentioned, Brent is not the benchmark quote for crude oil. That is West Texas Intermediate, aka "Light Sweet Crude".

And today that closed at $43.25

And over at the NYMEX, Light Sweet Crude looks to be above the $40 peg for contracts out as far as November, 2006.
