have a gander at FNM chart here if you have a moment. what would be your favoured count? could be about to enter a 3 down here. we did a nice 61.8 retrace so far and right smack at the trendline.
then look at oil gold and the long bond. throw in PHM and a few other homies....
add to that incredible fed adds the past week. is there trouble out there?
likely all just my imagination

Last night when I was reading a chinese web site, I saw dollar was called "green paper" by a famous guy in Hong Kong. He was making a speech in Beijing. Dollar was used to be called "American Gold".

I added a little PD on the copper panic today. Hope it was a good idea. I think longterm it'll be okay.

Weakness in oil:

Looking at the energy COTs before the oil crash this week, it is clear that the specs must be significantly short oil and the oil products.

A story going around here in Japan is that a Chinese futures trader working at a Chinese company in Singapore blew up his position (loss of over $550M), and was forced to close everything out. That in turn contributed to the sharp decline......or so the story goes.

Cheers,
