The Republicans are already to blame. The Republicans control the press so they have for years shifted blame to the Dems in the public eye. But there has not been a major liberal social program enacted since President Johnson. So who is running up the deficit and creating more government agencies? Since Johnson we have had 12 years of Democrat Presidents and 24 years of Republican presidents. During the 12 years of Democrats only 2 years of that did they have control of both houses. And even then Clinton with control of both houses could not pass any major legislation. Republicans have had a lock on government since 1968. It is Republican inspired defense spending that is breaking our backs. Defense?? How about military buildup to further the Pax Americana!!

And remember that President Kennedy said in a speech he would not lead America into a Pax Americana (American global empire) so that says #1 that he was being pressured to, #2 he refused, #3 he was assassinated. And since then we have had Republican domination of government after the Johnson administration. And Johnson remember decided to not run for a second term. hmmmmmm. Nixon (1968) was a globalist and it's been globalism American style ever since. Now Bush's version of Pax Americana. Right out of the barrel of a gun. We are the aggressor now.
