Al,

re: Fuad Kubaysi, one of those staying at the Red Crescent compound, said, "What has happened to Falluja is a horror beyond anything imaginable. We don't want it anymore. Let them have it. Let whomever wants it have it. We cannot ever call this city home again."

Ya see, the red voting folks that are empathy challenged don't get this. They can't picture this happening in Chicago, or San Francisco, or New York. As long as it's happening to them, and not us, it cool... we're the cool guys. We are bringing democracy (and death) to Iraq.

How dare they resent our intrusion?!? How dare they resent our bunker buster bombs that kill their women and kids?!? We are THE DEMOCRACY, we are the moral and political conscious of the world.

And we have the right, no, the obligation, to impose our values on every God-un-fearing citizen of every oppressed government in the world. And to prove our conviction, we'll sacrifice our kids, and their women and children, in the effort.

It's the "New American Century". The Neo's have it all figured out. They don't don't need consensus, they can fake out enough of both the Dems and especially the Reps.

The people love these guys, and their war, we might as well sit back and watch. And pray.

John
