Notes: The following would seem to indicate that multiple AHDs would be installed on some of the vessels: Acoustic Hailing Devices (AHDs). Hailing devices shall meet the requirement as illustrated in Appendix B and shall be capable of being employed singularly, in combination, or as part of integrated lethal/non-lethal capabilities. The system shall provide 360 degrees of surface coverage engagement capability while meeting the requirements listed in the table within Appendix A.
