Iraq is in chaos. I don't see how they can hold
an election. Have you seen pictures of Fallujah
on tv? There are entire blocks that have been
destroyed by the American military. I heard
that only a few people at a time can go back
to the debris. They will need identity cards
to enter the city. A retina scan is also required. I imagine
the authorities will take their fingerprints.
Is this what you would call a democracy?
