My take of INTEL's forecast is how wrong many of the analysts were. I read nothing but doom and gloom about INTEL until the week of the guidance, and then some very spotty plusses were reported. The herd of doomers now will probably reverse themselves in techs, and there might be a modest bandwagon promoting techs. I think we're in for a little ride now.
