Clinton should have controlled spending better back in the 90s when the economy was booming due to the technology industry. The government grew spending dramatically back then as though they didn't know that eventually the economy would slow and tax revenue would fall. We'd be in great shape if they'd controlled themselves back then and prepared for the economic cycles that ALWAYS come and go. Dave
