Thats a good question neocon but if "good discipline and order" can't be maintained as witness today's slaughter with more apparently to follow, i will take ad hoc violence to fight the terrorists and baathists. In afganistan we used warlord armies. Perhaps its time to use pashmerga,al sadr and if there are sunni anti-insurgent forces in an attempt to stop zarquawi and baathists. mike
