I heard that the Supremes are 6-to-3 pro Roe (hey, does that have anything to do with eggs?) and that Rehnquist is one of the 3. They have to replace Rehnquist with another antichoice guy (easy enough) just to stay even. Plus, Roe is now precedent which makes over turning it easier. Plus, the fundamentalist fascists wouldn't have any way to generate funds and support if they didn't have the 'evil' of prochoice to rail against. Just as OBL and Bush need each other, antichoicers need Roe.
