"How about the word Justice? Does it not presuppose that all men are entitled to Justice?"

NO. It supposes a concept that people naturally have an opinion about "justice".

On what basis do you think the framers believed all men were entitled to equal protection?"

A philosophy of Egalitarianism.

"Taken out of it's context, that may seem like a conclusive PROOF but it is not"

YES....it is. The TREATY of TRIPOLI WAS the Supreme Law of the land as per one of the articles of the Constitution ( I can look it up if required)!

The Constitution went to exceptional lengths to keep religion out of Nationhood. I think that is a good idea. What do you think? Do you think we should make the State Islamic? Should we make it Jewish? Christian? Hindu?

Do you think your rights within the State relate in any way to your religious affiliation? THINK????

The Treaty of Tripoli PROVES by oath that the Constitution was not based on Christianity! Ony a fool would contend that it was based on Racism or Religion. If the United States stands for anything...it is freedom to think and believe as you will.

Certainly not on a religious basis. All religions preach a preferred position for members versus non-members.
