Sounds like the judge is pissed off at the endless process too - care to translate this for the rest of us, from a lawyer's point of view?

All parties ADMONISHED that at the conclusion of this action one or more parties shall certainly be severely SANCTIONED, AND, sanctions may not be avoided by any party filing for bankruptcy.

Yikes! That's way better than any shot I've ever fired across the bows of the collective adversaries. Gives new meaning to "Keep your head down it the big pieces will miss you what it hits the fan!"
