Second article on the subject so I have to assume that those in Washington are trying this out to see if it can survive the "PC" moralists, who would like a Supreme court determination perhaps that the President has the power to target "innocents" in 100 nations.

Needless to say, it's a scary, scary thing to even think about, but, as the article suggests, the time is now. Before it happens, those who applaud OBL, hamas, and jihaddists, out loud or in silence, should realize that their "skin is in the game," as the article suggests.

There are so many questions that can be asked by "PC" thinkers. Forget that approach. Let "them" think that we, like jihaddists, are a bit irrational. Israel has survived partially because the jihaddist leaders now know that Israel can find them and can liquidate them. Crazy Israelis, the PCers proclaim, targeting leaders. After all, these leaders weren't caught in the act of setting off bombs. Those leaders no longer brag and dance in public when Israel is attacked. They are hiding, some not even willing to say they are leaders. The safest guy is the one in the Israeli jail, Barjhouti (sp??).

The US has been a sitting duck in Iraq because of PC thinking. Whether or not one thinks it was the right decision to go into Iraq, and I'm not sure, the US needs to use tactics that protect our soldiers first and minimize losses. Falujah was a start. Cities that harbor terrorists, they get notice of a week or two, then those who don't surrender or leave, with inspections, are subject to massive military might. If we don't do this, we subject our soldiers to VietNam scenario.

You can't be PC when you are at war. We can't be PC if we get hit with an atom bomb.

Sounds to me like the Rumsfeld plan.
