Emotionally Wrenching Photo

Mike, Like most New Yorkers I guess I've seen a lot of images of 9/11 & didn't expect the visceral reaction I experienced when I visited your site mikesimmons.com
Your photographer friend is indeed an artist. He has captured with his camera the grim aftermath of the attack in the photo of that pitiful old homeless man.

Big,

Thanks for all your work and input. My check is winging it's way to the Greater Kerrville SMA now. It is twice the size of last years contribution. I am grateful and happy to have some to give back.

I was downtown yesterday near the Trinity Church late in the day with the sun coming down Murray St. That view still haunts, where the steel ribs stood for days afterwards. Looking forward to more of the terrific pix!
