At any rate, the particular location of such a tiny fraction of the explosives (and no, I do not think they are counting armor in the million ton estimates, I think that's just ordnance) was remotely worth the play that it got, had it been regarded as a mere news story, instead of a political weapon.

That isn't true. I posted links. They count all types of weapons, their launchers, you name it.
