I wouldn't mind installing a corp in Switzerland:
profit made on goods imported then re-exported without transformation are taxed 15%.
No need of Swiss jobs or warehouses either.

Now, Swissair is a very bad example. Swissair first cannibalized Sabena before seeking cover in bakrupcy. Will take some years of investigation to know where the money has gone.
And btw, they never paid the acquisition price for Sabena and Sabena was closed because there just weren't any assets left after 2 years of Swissair management.
