Take a look at the weather forecasts for NYC and Chicago this week. I think NG futures and heating oil futures are going to get crushed during this week if the weather holds up as forecasted and we get the -65~ draw that Robry is pointing too.

The market bet very heavy based on many fears and many colder than normal weather forecasts. The only thing I see is total oil inventories in a balmy USA being normal and ng storage being well above normal on 1/1/2005.

I wont let a dogged determination to focus on intermediate term and long term fundamentals cause me to give back a large % of what I gained this year by ignoring the screaming poor short term fundamentals.

We could get locked into a brutal 6 week weather pattern starting Xmas and all of our bullish dreams could come true. Or Saudia Arabia could declare Ghawar dead tonight. But that is what options are for at these prices.

I wont make stock ownership decisions on possibility of extreme events.

Que,

Is there another table for 5 or more years that shows the NG storage week by week??? The one I used went out of business.
