Sam, any firm that has at least some proprietary technology, a worldwide market, and a share price that is comparatively cheap in terms of its value in euro or yen currencies is fair game. I'd say that SNDK at its present price is a takeover target, but it would be difficult for an outside company to acquire SNDK at less than $40 per share.

While I would never say never, SNDK produces a commodity product and, as such, I believe that there is little threat of a takeover.
