If there's a silver lining to be found, it's that anybody with two brain cells doesn't pay attention to Pugs' schtick for very long, and eventually dismisses him for the crack-smoking crackpot that he is, has been and will be... "If this behavior were confined to message boards it would be pure entertainment. The fact that it's also posted on other web sites and sent to every government agency or publication that has a published email address makes it sickening."

Penny Stocks - why is it LEGAL to lie? Absolute Health and Fitness, AHFI This is a little off topic and addressed in much more detail at the junk fax forum, but I thought I’d mention that scam here because the penny stock tout spam has tremendously increased and apparently MANY people are falling for this crap. It really does not matter what I check out - it’s always lies and scams. It’s beyond me why the SEC fully condones false advertising as long as there is a tiny disclaimer somewhere, disclosing that it is a paid advertisement. This is a very special treat for scammers - they could NOT do this in other industry. I believe every state has commerce laws prohibiting false and misleasing advertisements. If you do invest or consider investing, check out Absolute Health and Fitness, AHFI—I find those promo videos hilarious. [12/4/04 5PM - after all these problems at Dinix I moved the Fight Back!!! Forum to PowerVPS. Very bad choice, the server is down AGAIN - last time it took 3 hours. Try later, tomorrow, or after I moved elsewhere?] If you know how to SAVE those promos, please let me know or save them for me. I expect them to be deleted soon since they obviously show what a scam this company is. What I don’t understand is why 10,000,000 shares were traded on Friday, at a price up to over $4! Can you imagine how much money is made? I’ve never owned a share in anything and have NO idea what is going on. If you have any clues, please let me know. Who is buying and why? We’re not just talking about a few dimwitted people with a few thousand dollars.

what's worse is the government agents that take complaints from people like puggles so seriously they harass good citizens and make their life a living hell. I have had to deal with a complaint from MLRE CEO that ended up having immigration sent to my house to interrogate my canadian girlfriend. (this happened because the CEO was friends with an FBI agent mentioned later in this post) I also have had to deal with an FBI office that is so incompetent it took them 11 months to visit me about a fraud perpetrated against myself and my investors (over $100,000). Of course they did nothing about it and the only reason they eventually came to visit was to deliver a subpoena for tony's case. The scumbag agent even pretended like he was there to discuss my case. When I admitted who I was, I was served. Of course that visit came with a " sorry but your case, albeit a crime, is not of interest to the FBI" (Agent Hagan even admitted he never looked at the case until he had to serve me with a federal subpoena, 11 months after being notified at least a dozen times. The FBI even refused to investigate a crooked sheriff's dept whose top detective is an admitted drunk (I have his hand written apology admitting this, and whose wife dismisses charges against her husband's campaign contributors. This sheriff was receiving donations from the fraudster that ripped off my investors. His wife, working for the prosecutor's office, quietly droppped all criminal charges against them which is a violations of SC's victim's rights laws. Still nothing has been done to this day. Am I bitter? You bet. If ever I have a chance to prove what crooked fuck ups Make Hagan and Dave Coleri of the FBI are, you bet i will. Do I expect a problematic visit or "investigation" into me to start because I refuse to let it go and am getting closer to filing a federal suit against all involved? I sure do. When this country was formed one of our rights was to be able to criticize our government and its agents. We have lost that right along with tons of others as the government plays on the public's fear of terrorism. Expect to lose more privacy and more civil rights. Our government is as bad as any communist government we were fighting during the cold war. good day

There ya go. A post of mine with substanial information, public information, was deleted by SI because it exposed a significant techniquie in dis/mis-information practiced on SI. Bill's post (posted by a guy sued for fraud by BusinessWire) replaces it - in violation of some of SI's TOU's', and life goes on on SI. Info regarding govt' employees and their relationship to Jeff & a publicly named murder suspect is deleted by Big Brother SI on Jeff's behalf and replaced by disparagement of Pugs. ;0)
