You seem to prefer to lump all site members into one group of "sheeple." I can only offer one person's perspective: I was told there would be "officials" on the site. I think the reference was to FBI, but don't even recall that clearly. We weren't told they were EX-FBI; I believed they were PRESENT employees. I didn't know who they were. Knowing that, do you think members still would have acted in a way they knew was trading on inside information? As far as I recall, all stocks selected for shorting were brought to our attention by their own market action or suspicious PR's put out by the respective companies. Sometimes people would see what other stocks the same touts were pushing then investigate those as possible shorts. In fact, I think in the case of NSOL, the stock was already in action when someone (Tony, I think) announced Brown had a felony on record. (I'm thankful I didn't play that one and don't have to explain my actions regarding NSOL.) For SEVU, the son of an employee (who was later fired) told Tony the sales they were claiming were phony and explained the entire scheme. People went down and actually visited SEVU. Tony made phone calls to the parties SEVU claimed to have contracts with and those parties said it was baloney. It was way too obvious SEVU was a scam. There was no need for any kind of inside information and the fact that the ceo turned out to have a conviction was viewable on the public record. So if the FBI told Tony that after the stock was being shorted, how much damage was done? If it was public record, what secret was violated? Perhaps the attention should be on the actions of the FBI agents who played way too loose with their own access to information. In summary, I find your use of the term "sheeple" offensive and if you persist, then you just appear to me as a "sheeple" over in the next pasture. What will it be? Civil conversation as you wanted or mudslinging? EDIT: BTW, there were quite a few members of Tony's site who also have been his biggest critics. Are you lumping them in as sheeple too? How do you reconcile this? There were some very smart and totally honest people there who would never even think of misbehaving. Are they sheeple? It's so easy (and intellectually cowardly) to lump all people into one category when you know that simply doesn't reflect the truth.
