Prevention of stock dilution with out of line (quantity) of stock options for a holding company that does no independent exploration etc of its own.

With the current rate of issuance of stock options, the value to shareholders is likely to dilute at least 10% more before Cerro Casale sees the light of day (the last proposed round was for about a 3% dilution).

There is really no reason for this to happen.

i think if Cerro Casale goes ahead, and is successful then I would be happy to start issueing stock otions to management.
