But it's a matter of setting the priorities in order. We can't give any additional incentives until we get the governments house in order. Things are about to break really bad. Look at the dollar, look at the record current account deficit. Countires are starting to contemplate dumping their dollar investments. We're on the cusp of a very serious problem. Remember it was only 4 years ago when we had a surplus... once we get back to a relatively balanced budget, I would wholeheartedly support your suggestion. John
