First of all, how can you ever quantify this? I'll bet you didn't ask Rumsfeld to quantify his claim that the insurgents were nothing more than "a few holdouts from the old regime", but you ask that I quantify mine. Why is that? Tally up the number of attacks. They are increasing. Either the same or smaller number of insurgents are working a lot faster - or there are more of them. And what is your solution? I opposed getting into Iraq, but since you suggest I propose a solution, I have. See my previous post. People like you are big on criticism but fail to offer ANY solutions. By asking for my solution you are among the first here to imply that, yes, we do have a problem in Iraq. That separates you from most others who think things are going just swell.
