insider selling is at a fresh 4 - year high - the monthly insider selling that is. the last time the buy/sell ratio hit similar levels was in August of '00 - just before the Nasdaq's and SnP's huge slide into oblivion began.
more alarmingly, cumulative net insider selling over the past 18 months is at an all time record high for such a short period of time.
meanwhile, small traders hold a record net long position in all stock market futures and options combined.
the outcome seems pretty much pre-ordained.
