I was in AUO months ago - TA got me out with a profit for which I am grateful. I was planning on jumping back in but it never showed any power in moves up.

IMOS is also a chip provider to this sector. I don't own it currently.

I haven't mentioned RCKY here yet but this deal makes it an even more compelling value. I am long from 19's with a 50%+ target:

LOS ANGELES, Dec 6 (Reuters) - Rocky Shoes & Boots Inc. (RCKY.O: Quote, Profile, Research) on Monday said it would acquire privately-held shoe designer EJ Footwear Group for $87.7 million in cash plus more than 484,000 shares of stock.
Rocky said it expects the deal to close in January and forecast 2005 revenue of $280 million to $285 million, with earnings per share of $2.35 to $2.45.
