>> But if one looks at the price of XMSR...why not SIRI, too?

Simply put, because XM has 200 million shares outstanding versus SIRI's 1.3 billion. And XM has 80% of the market versus SIRI's 20%. And XM is MORE THAN A YEAR ahead of SIRI in technology. ANd XM's OEM parters are shoving out huge numbers of cars factory equipped while SIRI's OEM partners are having to be BEGGED by SIRI to do so. And XM's cost to add a subscriber is less than 1/4 SIRI's. And XM has carefully managed OTHER expenses while Sirius has spent like there is no tomorrow.

You get the idea. Why would anyone THINK these two companies should be valued similarly? Reasonably, SIRI should be at 3. XM should be at 45.
