The Dollar is nearing its low, 78 at best. The reason, as the spreading international debt collapse insues, commodities, stocks, gold - the dollar will increase its buying power, all currencies will boom in buying power. Interest Rates will soar for holders of cash, 21% anyone..... SPX 1200, DOW 10770 marks the top of this rally, we are already there IMO.
