Except that he demands that Iraq's Constitution is essentially the Koran. That is, Iraq can have a democratic, secular government except when it dares to disagree with religion.

IMO, that's also what the Bush administration is saying. Iraq can have a democratic, secular government except when it dares to disagree with the Bush administration.

It's all total bs and I will bet that no person on earth has any real idea how this should turn out.
