Additional Info This news, while interesting and welcomed, must be taken with that proverbial grain of salt. IRG is the research arm of The Street...one must have some concern when the company that has recommended the stock has its research arm doing some public pumping. I am long on this stock, and very optimistic about what the future will bring. I agree with Sally and scotchie, as well as many of the others, about the long term positive factors for MRV. Nevertheless, to be fair, I do cringe just a bit when there appears to be some attempt to manipulate the stock in a positive direction. Makes one wonder about Cody and his company. Again, welcomed news, but just keep the source in mind.

<Forgive me for not knowing this, NDBFREE, but which of MRV's network elements are being cited for the FTTP builds? TIA. FAC> Frank, As far as I know they are talking primarily about products supplied by Luminent/FOC and primarily about their Triplexer which I gather is incorporated into product built by others for end user. I say as far as I know in that per their website MRVC also has a large stable of other products (e.g., bidirectional SFP's, media converters and other end of line (both ends I believe) products. Maybe somebody can ask at upcoming annual meeting.
