CB, Plenty of the Religious Right want to destroy the ACLU. I would not be surprised to see bombings and shootings similar to what we have seen vis-a-vis abortion clinics. First I will admit some religious nuts support violence. But lets be clear the VAST majority of violence and death the past 2 centuries has been due to secularist dictators such as Hitler, Stalin and Mao. Yes a tiny minority of the Christian right have supported and been involved with abortion clinic bombing and provider murders. This does not mean all Evangelicals are prone to violence. If you want to see intolerance - go to the Democratic Underground. Given the rhetoric of the left its only a matter of time until you see shootings and bombings - oh wait - didn't that already happen during this past election :-0 John
