How does Froogle compare with other compaison services such as pricescan.com or pricegrabber.com?

Well, for one thing, I just went there and searched for the last six items I shopped for on Froogle and got zero matches on five of them. The one I got was a Panasonic DVD/HD recorder. No Lava soap. No Speedos. No Grand Patrician towels in reindeer (yes, that's the color). No AverMedia 178 tuner. No wintergreen oil.

What I like about Froogle is that they cover all kinds of merchandise and I always get some hits. And the responses come back with pictures and descriptions of the items, not just name and price, so you don't have to chase the descriptions down, which makes it better for finding what you're looking for. If you already know what you're looking for, if it's something they index, like DVD recorders, and you're just shopping for the best price, then yours work fine.
