OK, I didn't.
What's in the back of my truck, tho?

PS Been saving for this since Lord of Da Rings came out. This is ALL about getting the extended extracted extruded unexpergated 2-hours-more-than-the-flick DVDs.
I had planned on 3K. Popped into Good Guys, mostly by mistake, since I had already passed Best Buy. GG was more $ than BB on the net; (makes sense to me; Good, Better, Best. Bye) but I figured I could look, and ask. I found some good stuff, but was still thinking I would go with Dell. Heading out, I came across a blacked-out 42 incher, and stopped to read the label. Gateway. $1000 off. Only one left in stock, so I decided, after watching a bit, to jump on it. Got it, plus the wall mount, plus 7+% for the Gropenator, for $2400 :-).

OK, I'm happy.
I think it had the sexiest frame; most of the others are these big hunkier metal strips; this has about 1" of nicely curved, as I recollect, Silver. Chromed, instead of the flat of the others.
