I am afraid you are correct. We have election laws, they should be followed to the T. But, LAWYERS for the Democrats have devised plans beginning here in Fla. in 2,000 and sharpened since, to OVERTHROW any LEGAL election through many DEVIOUS and IMMORAL methods, including some illegal tampering with ballots. Why do you suppose they send these RECOUNTERS to SCHOOL to learn how to RECOUNT. I suppose you have seen some of the published methods they teach, such as punching out two holes to invalidate an oppositions vote etc etc. There is absolutely NO REASON to require A JUDGE to rule on an existing law. When you see them taking it to court, its in the hope of getting a LIBERAL JUDGE who will OVER RULE on an existing law. jdn
