The low median age is very bad for economic productivity. My understanding is that in the US the age range of maximum productivity is supposed to be 35 - 47 (ish). The Palestinian areas should be experiencing horrible inflation and low productivity. No wonder they are having babies, there is probably nothing else to do. With no outside influences, women are probably subject to chronic abuse by their husbands. There is nowhere to run, so they would have to just take it. However if your goal is to breed an army of brainwashed mad kids, it is a great strategy.
