I would imagine that is just another Repubnik joke. Until I hear it confirmed I am wrong, I am inclined to think it was just a cheap joke.

BTW, A couple of weeks ago there was a report about thousands upon thousands of disgruntled Americans flocking to the US-Canadian border to seek asylum in Canada because Kerry lost the election and they hate Bush for this and for that & etc. That turned out to be a joke.
