Great lesson learned. Your analogy is great. I could not help but think of what one of the 4 lawyers I went to to settle this thing said to me. You were greedy... That always stuck..

I had to hire another lawyer to fire the first law firm's lawyer as he was harassing me at home. The third lawyer brought in a retired Florida Supreme Court judge who gave me the advice not to pursue the case that it would just cost me More money and I probably would not get back my money as FRAUD IS difficult to prove. It was only later... years later that I learned about this con man and his modus operendi...as he pulled shrewd deals with a lot of people who he took for more than he did me.
