Well I hope that I am not all of those adjectives.. I was more or less interested in divesting myself of the condo at that juncture. It was a pain in the butt to have drive to where it was located and clean it etc. It was the hot summer here in Fl. and I was anxious to sell..Art got me started in this whole deal by asking whether he could lease the condo for his son... Thus inspired by his interest ...and willingness to help... and the fact that he was leading this workshop on Integrity (part of the old EST movement ) I was happy to hand him over Title...Also remember he was on the Board of Realtors.. I called and checked that out.

Greed was not really important then as I recall but might have been. Who knows. It was a learning experience...
