It doesn't make the news when they do dozens of good things, only when one of the chapters does one stupid thing. I wonder why they don't manage that better. It's the "one stupid thing" that dominates the public's attention. I should take a look at that. But that's way too heavy a subject for this hour of the day. Good way to win some battles and lose the war.
