It's good to hear that Argentina is finally in a recovery phase. They certainly have paid decades of pain in payment for the horribly mistaken policies of their long-forgotten Argentine Ronald Reagans. Men who charged government expenditures to a national credit card to keep taxes low, mistakenly thinking some magical efficiency would happen to make everything work out all right. Unfortunately the only magic that happened was that the debt collector called on them repeatedly. There was a time when their per-capita-income was far greater than America's. I would not be surprised to see that again some day in the future. .
